Arriving at the port

Sami is a pleasant coastal town on beautiful Kefalonia, where lush pine woods meet striking emerald-water beaches. It lies about 25 km east of the capital, Argostoli. As Kefalonia's second-largest port, it is also a hub drawing residents and tourists. The port promenade is a jewel, as are the Venetian mansions overlooking the sea. In Sami, you will neither become bored nor run out of things to do.
