Arriving at the port
Shuttle buses carry passengers from the pier to Garapan, the island's principal commercial district.

Saipan measures 23 km (14 mi) long and 8 km (5 mi) wide. Its finest beaches and most populated districts occupy the western and southern coasts, while the north and east are mountainous and rugged.
Saipan is fairly small, so hiring a car or moped makes it straightforward to drive around, enjoy the natural splendour and visit several parks. Scuba diving is also popular, and the underwater world should definitely be experienced.
Getting around
A submarine trip in Tanapag Lagoon is one of Saipan's most popular visitor attractions. The vessel was specially designed with large viewing windows, giving full views of tropical fish and wartime wrecks.
