Arriving at the port

Cruise vessels cannot dock at Primosten, so passengers travel by tender directly into the town centre.

Primošten is renowned for its vast, attractive vineyards and for a traditional donkey race held every summer. Raduca is the town's largest beach, while its smaller section, Mala Raduca, has been voted one of Croatia's 10 most beautiful beaches.

Getting around

The small treasure of Primosten is well preserved and ideal for a stroll. Beside the hilltop Church of St. George is a quiet, peaceful cemetery with breathtaking views across the surrounding sea. A waterside path allows you to walk around the entire town.

Opening Hours and

Banks and post offices generally open without a break from 7AM to 7PM, while public offices operate Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM. During the visitor season, post offices normally remain open until 9PM, including Saturdays. Shops and department stores trade continuously from 8AM to 8PM.

Shopping hours have no longer been regulated since 2009, so most shops in tourist destinations open 7 days a week.
