Nyborg Castle, or Nyborg Slot, is among Denmark's oldest castles, dating from the 12th century. It has served as an important royal residence and the setting for historic events.

Vor Frue Kirke, the Church of Our Lady, stands in the heart of Nyborg. This historic church is known for fine architecture and a peaceful atmosphere; admire its interior, including the impressive organ and stained-glass windows.
