Arriving at the port
Dongtou, also known as Dongtou Island or Dongtou District, is part of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province, China. It is known for its beautiful coastal scenery and rich cultural heritage.
It is accessible by smaller regional cruises or ferry services. The main port area for maritime activities is typically the Wenzhou Port, which serves the broader Wenzhou area including Dongtou. The central area of Dongtou District is approximately 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) from Wenzhou’s downtown area.
At times ships use their tenders to go directly to the center of Dongtou.
