Arriving at the port

Coco Cay receives more visitors than any other private island in the Bahamas.
Coco Cay is a secluded island surrounded by the calm, translucent waters of the Bahamas chain. Its white-sand beaches and striking landscape create a setting full of adventure. Reserved solely for guests of Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, this tropical retreat has recently added aquatic attractions, nature paths and numerous places to relax with a tropical drink.
Getting around
A parasailing flight offers an exhilarating way to see CocoCay from above. Rising 400 feet over the island gives a bird's-eye perspective of CocoCay and the neighbouring islands, as well as impressive views throughout the flight.
Wheelchair users can access most areas of the island.
Nearby places
Ride a wave runner along CocoCay's coast on the island's most popular activity, passing Great Stirrup Cay Lighthouse, Slaughter Harbor and Starfish Alley. Caylanas Aqua Park provides a lively floating playground, while hammocks on the beach and an island-style seaside barbecue offer a more relaxed day.
For an adults-only day, visit the all-day party at Hideaway Beach. Its swim-up bar plays music from local DJs, while Slice of Paradise serves pizza and Hideaway Hut offers a wider food selection. Cabanas provide a full VIP option.
Oasis Lagoon, the Caribbean's largest freshwater pool, is a more family-friendly area with its own swim-up bar and 3 swim-up islands. Reserve a private cabana for comfortable lounging, then visit Snack Shack for burgers, hot dogs and salads.
Food and shopping
The private island has no conventional shops or restaurants, but its beach serves exceptional mixed and frozen drinks, which you can order from a shaded hammock for the full CocoCay atmosphere. The island BBQ is another highlight, while Hideaway Beach and Oasis Lagoon provide quick-bite choices described in the Nearby Places section.
