Arriving at the port

When Stavanger has two or more ships in town, Sandnes is used as alternative.

It's about a 25 minute walk from the dock to the center of Sandnes. Nestled at the crown of Gandsfjord in southwestern Norway. Sandnes neighbors and is a suburb of the enchanting city of Stavanger.

Sandnes has a couple of art galleries, not sure much more in town to offer visitors.

Train station is in the centre of Sandnes and trains leave about every 15 minutes and a 30 minute trip to Stavanger
