Arriving at the port
A new 16-acre PhilaPort Cruise Terminal is under construction in Philadelphia near the airport (formerly Hog Island Dock) and is set to open in April 2026. Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) will use this as a homeport for seasonal sailings, including 5- to 12-day itineraries to Bermuda and the Caribbean.
Sightseeing
The center of the action is Independence National Historical Park — America’s most historic square mile — which includes Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and more — as well as nearby museums like Betsy Ross House, the National Constitution Center and the Museum of the American Revolution.
