Arriving at the port
This is a tender port.
The Jetty Train is a solar powered and travels at 6km an hour along the length of the jetty in Busselton. It has 90 seats and travels 1.7km to the Underwater Observatory.
With a population of around 15,000, the regional city welcomes you to its historic jetty, the longest wooden structure in the Southern Hemisphere.
Passengers spent the day sea kayaking in Busselton's Geographe Bay, exploring Ngili Cave and visiting the nearby Margaret River wineries.
Getting around
The information center at the jetty offers many tours.
Busselton has a local bus service, stretching as far south as the Margaret River region, as far north as Bunbury.
